Grand Opening at Barona Speedway was a very nice night for us. We really appicate the fans taking the time to respect Mike! One of the wishes that he had was do be sprend on the race track, so we did just that. On Saturday March 27th at 2:00pm family and friends showed up to witness us put Mike on the track in turn two! We also, decide to put the other half of the bag into the water track. This way he would be everywhere on the track and off the track!
One, thing that I noticed while walking around the track that day was the amount of people that wanted to tell me and our family that they were sorry for our lose. Not, every person is around long enough to make as big as an impact to the community that Mike made but the funny thing is that he has only been there for less the 6 years!
